Krishna & Shiva

KRISHNA & SHIVA

What I am going to say many of you know it and many of you didn't. But believe me its doesn't make any difference.

Today's topic is Krishna. What we know and what we don't !

I will not use any name but many who worships Krishna doesn't worship Shiva or Mahadev. I really never understood the concept why Krishna's devotee can't even enter Mahadev's temple. In tamil it is a say that its better to die under elephants leg than to enter shiva's temple.

As per Srimad Bhagavatam 12.13.16 it is said that Shiva is the Supreme Vaishnava but then also you will never see a shivling in many of krishna's temple. You will see the idol of Srila Prabhupada no disrespect, but not shivling the grestest vaishnava of all time is not present in Krishna's temple but the devotee of kaliyug is there again no disrespect, How can Krishna be happy?

We the people of kailyug are so fascinating we have divided ourself in cast, creed, religion, shiva, krishna, vishnu, countries etc. we know the power of unity but we are so self involved and we are not seeing the bigger picture. We divide our self as devotees of Krishna and Shiva neither of them will be happy to know it and we say they are not listening.

Krishna have made us understood every time he was incarnated to earth that he and shiva are not different from each other they are just a two sides of different coins, they are like milk and yoghurt, they both reside in each others heart. We have no right, power or ability to say which one is superior and which one is not.

When Sri Ram came to earth he established Rmeshwar, rameshwar means the god of lord Ram, they have always tried to make us understood that they reside in one another, but we humans always find one or another way to fight with each other  whether its god or country.

I hope this can change your way of seeing Krishna and Shiva, if you are a true devotee of Krishna you will never disrespect Shiva and vice versa. Do not let the hatred around you effect your thinking, never hate anyone this is what Krishna taught us. Even Krishna never hated Shishupala no matter how much ill he spoke about him. I know now you will say then why did Krishna killed Shishupala ?

Krishna killed Shishupal not because his patience has come to end, his patience is unending, but he also knows that it is dangerous to put up with unrighteousness beyond a certain limit, it amounts to encouraging it.

So that's it do not hate each other, love all the kind after all that's what Krishna taught us.
